Summer Care Program for youth welcomes Barriere paramedics

First aid training for children was on the agenda July 31 at the North Thompson Activity Centre Summer Care Program at the Barriere Ridge. Paramedics, and Community Paramedicine paramedic Mikael Kjellstrom, spent a good part of the day teaching the children about the ambulances, as well as basic first aid training. The children loved learning how to do CPR on babies as well as on adults.
