Lighting strikes hillside tree in Barriere

The town of Barriere experienced some lighting during the evening on Saturday, Sept. 7. According to a post on the Barriere &Area Happenings Facebook group, the single-tree fire was on Armour Mountain. The fire was reported at approximately 8:40 p.m. on Saturday.
