Barriere RCMP report ‘suspicious’ deer, illegal hunting and fraud scam

On 2023-10-06 the Barriere RCMP were called to a suspicious occurrence at DJ RV Park and Campground. A caller reported two people walking around their trailer who appeared to be scoping it out. A police officer responded and found two deer near the complainant’s yard. No subjects were located anywhere else in the trailer park after an extensive patrol.
