Barriere’s Alex McDonald and three team mates won gold in the ‘unofficial relay team’ event (a team of four youth from different countries and cities) on Jan. 28, during the International Children’s Games held Jan. 26-31, in Kelowna, B.C. McDonald competed with the Overlander Ski Club in cross country races, and set personal best times in the classic and skate events.
