Barriere Fire Rescue set to check smoke alarms and CM detectors in area homes

Barriere Fire Rescue (BFR) announced via social media this week that starting in March they have a team going door to door within the District of Barriere boundary to see if residents have a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector in their home. If not, the department are prepared to provide these safeguarding items.
