The annual Lions Easter Egg Hunt and Pancake Breakfast had families with children hopping around the North Thompson Fall Fair grounds on Sunday March 31.

The Lions once again were flipping delicious pancakes in the morning for one and all as the Easter Bunny entertained the crowds.

There was an Easter Basket decorating contest with prizes and of course the famous Easter Bunny and Egg Hunt sponsored by the Barriere Lions, the District of Barriere, Barriere I.D.A. Pharmacy and the North Thompson Fall Fair and Rodeo.

The Easter Bunny visited and helped in the search, of course, having firsthand knowledge of where goodies and treats were hidden around the fairgrounds. That Bunny just seems to love Barriere.

Mayor Ward Stamer kicked off the hunt with the delighted kids, excited to burst through the starting ribbon and fill up their baskets and bags with treats. A sweet way to spend Easter Sunday and there was a constant stream of laughter, jokes and excitement until every last egg was found.
