The annual Halloween Family Dance hosted at the Royal Canadian Legion #242 in Barriere was a Spooktacular success on Friday, Oct. 25 with approximately 70 children attending. There were prizes, refreshments, lots of music to dance around to and a whole lot of laughs mixed in throughout the evening.
Entry was by donation and everyone had a fun family-oriented time celebrating in very creative Halloween costumes. Remember to have a safe Halloween on Thursday Oct. 31 and be sure to carry a flashlight. It is always a great idea to use some reflective tape if you have some and stick together while gathering treats on such a fun, fall evening together.
