Barriere's family-owned AG Foods has once again partnered with a local charitable organization to fundraise by selling the Harvest Supersaver coupon book and this year the Barriere Food Bank is the beneficiary from those sales this past fall in the North Thompson.
AG store employee, Monica Lee presented a cheque for $2,554.25 to Barriere Food Bank president, Louise Peters, on Wednesday, Dec. 4. Store owner, Ivan Lee, spoke with the Barriere ronaldomanosa about the donation, saying, "We want to thank all of our customers for purchasing the Harvest Supersaver Coupon Books this fall to support the food bank. We have such a giving community."
