A semi-trailer has gone off the road, facing on-coming traffic headed northbound on Highway 5.
BC Ambulance appears to be at the scene, which is just before the Agate Bay turn-off south of Louis Creek. A resident in the area says traffic was stopped for a little while but is now moving through the area.
UPDATE: 7:25 p.m.
The unit is still off the road and partially in the ditch just up the hill on the south side of Exlou. Police and First Responders still on scene. Traffic is flowing both ways but drivers advised to use caution approaching the area.
UPDATE: 8:00 p.m.
Police and First Responders have departed the scene, unit remains in ditch of road. Traffic flowing both ways.
