100 Mile House RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying individuals responsible for several separate break-and-enter incidents.
Mounties are especially interested in an incident that occurred just after 4 a.m. on Easzee Drive in 108 Mile Ranch Monday morning. A business alarm was triggered and its door was found open by RCMP, who arrived to find no one inside. RCMP believe the Canada Post Office area was entered though it’s not known if anything was taken.
Surveillance images of two suspects and a vehicle involved in the incident have been released.
Separately the RCMP are also investigating the theft of two gas cans, a drill and drill headset taken from a shed on Eighth Street. This incident was reported on Jan. 9.
The next day on Jan. 10 RCMP received a report of an attempted theft from a vehicle in Lac La Hache. Sometime between 4 a.m. and 4 p.m. an unknown individual pried the hatch off a 2002 black Honda Civic. Nothing is believed to have been taken.
Another break-and-enter occurred at the storage lockers on Seventh Street in 100 Mile House. RCMP said that three units’ locks had been cut, likely just after midnight, though it’s unknown if anything has been taken from the lockers. An individual wearing dark clothing was observed in the area around the time of the incident.
Anyone with further information about these incidents are asked to reach out to the 100 Mile House RCMP at 250-395-2456 or anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
