At first I thought the letter 'Canada needs a DOGE' (Peace Arch News, April 3) was an April Fool's joke.
Although I believe everyone is entitled to an opinion, I also believe that gathering facts and truths is also important.
This does not accurately describe what's happening right now, our Canadians or our response to Trump threats. We all want our economy to be the best it can be, and there are better ways to do it.
