A couple sailings both ways won’t be available to commuters and visitors on the ferry run known as the Island’s most beautiful shortcut on May 27.

The ferry corporation is cancelling two sailings between Brentwood Bay and Mill Bay that day for required Transport Canada training.

The 11 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. out of Brentwood Bay and the 11:35 a.m. and 1:50 p.m. sailings from Mill Bay aboard the MV Klitsa won’t take passengers across the Saanich Inlet that day.

Regular service is expected to continue as scheduled.
