Keeping with tradition, the excitement of the Salmon Arm Fair rolled through downtown Saturday with the annual parade.
People began lining up along the parade route in advance of its 9 a.m. start on Aug. 24, to catch the popular event's numerous participants – clubs, businesses, first responders and others – as they walked or rolled from the fairgrounds to downtown and back again.
This year marked the Salmon Arm Fair's 125th anniversary.
