I have a story very similar to this one of the lady who found her cat after one month.
I was living in Armstrong and my cat went missing for three months and I got another kitten.
This very nice old couple ended up finding my cat and because of the tattoo in her ear from Central Animal hospital in Vernon, they were able to contact that vet and let them know they had my cat.
So the vet calls me and I don't answer because I assumed that they were calling me to let me know my cat needed a check up or a yearly booster shot or just something like that, right?
Well I was wrong.
So a week goes by and I get an important message I had been waiting for and I had to listen through the messages I already had to get to the last one and so I came across the message from the vet.
Low and behold the message said this lovely older couple have my cat in Armstrong which was across the highway and about a 10 minute drive away from the road I lived on.
My heart absolutely sank so I called the vet and they gave me the number of the people who called about my cat and I got ahold of them and they had been taking care of her for about a week and she was so skinny compared to before she ran away. I have no idea where or what she was doing for that entire three months but she managed to survive and she is still going strong to this day!
