During the regular District of Barriere council meeting on July 17, Mayor Stamer presented beloved community member and hard working volunteer, Wim Houben with a Certificate of Recognition commemorating his upcoming 70th birthday as well as his community service. Mayor Stamer and DOB council congratulated Houben on his milestone birthday on July 25, thanking him for all that he does in service for the community.
