The winning tickets for the 2022 BC Ag Expo Raffle were drawn on Tuesday, Mar. 1, at the North Thompson Agriplex by North Thompson Fall Fair and Rodeo Association director Jane Milburn, with BC Ag Expo president Evelyn Pilatzke overseeing the draw.
The BC Agricultural Expo is a provincial fair held every September at the North Thompson Fall Fairgrounds in Barriere where 4-H members showcase their projects through meaningful competition.
“The goal of the BC Ag Expo is to foster the development of youth empowerment and leadership through agriculture,” commented Pilatzke, “Thank you to everyone who bought and sold tickets to support our Expo.”
Winners of the BC Ag Expo Raffle for 2022 are:
• Half a beef - Lucinda Benton
• Quarter of beef - Lianne Hamblin
• Quarter of beef - Ami Harris
• Lamb - Shelly Scott
• Ag Expo merchandise - Cassandra Kerley
